Housekeeping and Servicing

Ourplaceyourplace puts a huge emphasis on quality standards of cleanliness and functionality. The service includes:

  • Full service clean after each departure inclusive freshly laundered linen and towels.
  • Optional Welcome Pack containing essentials to survive before the supermarket opens – milk, bread, tea, coffee, etc
  • Guest arrival & departure. A personal welcome to your guests and handover of keys.
  • Check in and Check out formalities.
  • Security deposit management
  • Property Maintenance. Rapid resolution is critical for any guest on holiday.
  • In resort Guest care with 24/7 support during their stay.

Monthly report

At the end of each calendar month you will receive a report detailing the monthly bookings , the revenue and the net remittance which will be made directly to your bank account, within 30 days of month end.

* net revenue means total revenue less any booking commissions, bank charges and disbursements made on the owners behalf.
